As a rule of thumb:
- Everything that happens “inside” the virtual machines is Qubes-Whonix and belongs into this sub forum.
- Everything that happens “outside” the virtual machine is Qubes and the Qubes help should be consulted.
Some examples:

If you don’t know where to post, throw a dice and do not hesitate to ask either in Qubes-Whonix forum or Qubes support channels. You will be notified if there is a more appropriate place if necessary.
If the reported issue is a general Whonix issue unspecific to Qubes-Whonix the forum thread might be moved to the general Whonix support forum.
