Do Whonix users stand out without Conflux?

Hello. Now that Tor browser 13.0 is released with Tor 0.4.8.7, which enables traffic splitting (Conflux), do Whonix users (stuck on 0.4.7.13) stand out when observing clients on the network?

Testing Tor 0.4.8.7

Spams a lot messages of this type:

This should be fixed in Conflux linked cell not counted as non-dropped valid data (#40878) · Issues · The Tor Project / Core / Tor · GitLab. It was backported to 0.4.8; will be in the next 0.4.8 release

Unfortunately this wasn’t fixed.

Actually I was wrong. Not happening every second anymore.
