whonix.org webmaster fortasse stepped down

@fortasse stepped back almost 5 years of service for whonix.org due to time restraints.

He’ll be reachable by me for questions during transition.

I am very thankful to @fortasse for the services provided for all these years.

This leaves a grave personality and knowledge gap.
