Monero Integration in Whonix

Electrum wallet

Not a choice made by me, but if it was up to me i would have removed
it.

I mean, whose choice was/is this then? Keeping bitcoin (which has
horrible financial privacy!) electrum wallet (which isn’t developed
by bitcoin core devs, one of @nurmagoz 's opaque criteria for deciding
on whether a Monero wallet might be included by default or not).

It seems like there is a preferential treatment for bitcoin for some
reason, that is, keeping a bitcoin wallet (again, which is even hostile
to user’s financial privacy) in as part of the default suite of programs
offered by WhonixOS, meanwhile Monero (which protects the financial
privacy for all its users, by default) which has a perfectly fine wallet
that’s got into Debian apt repos, and /still/ getting rejected for
inclusion into WhonixOS.

Can @patrick chime in maybe? Because I don’t get much information from
the terse replies of @nurmagoz on this topic.
