Bug: Fstrim runs inside Whonix-Workstation disposable

I recently tried to start a Whonix disposable qube but it failed to start due to a qrexec timeout.

I started a new disposable and ran systemctl list-jobs inside the qube, and it told me that fstrim.service was triggered by fstrim.timer.

I looked around the Qubes issues repository and I saw issue #8603, which might be related.

I am running Whonix 16 on Qubes OS 4.1.2.
