Workstation 18 reboots randomly

hello

  • the Workstation 18 is randomly rebooting by itself (without any action on my part)
  • this issue makes working pretty difficult as it won’t even warn you to close unsaved work
  • happened multiple times today
  • never experienced this issue on the previous version 17
  • Host is Linux + Virtual Box 7.1.6

anything we can do to fix it?

I started facing the same issue as the OP. Never experienced it under Whonix 17 either. Following the general tips you linked didn’t fix it. I don’t know if it can be fixed, just wanted to inform that this is not an isolated issue.
