Where to get portable Whonix for Windows?
I want hidden use.

Portable version for Windows does not exist. Would be cool. It’s up to @Ego to decide if it will be provided. May be unlikely due to low funding and time restraints.

That is expected standard behaviour and how it has been designed.
As @Patrick hinted upon, any kind of “hidden” use on a closed source host is not really possible. Even if it was possible, to create a complete portable version, that is not what anyone would consider “hidden”.
Not possible due to the networking drivers required on host. There are solutions which try to get around this by creating some custom seperate bridge over the ethernet interface of Windows, though in my experience, they are anything but reliable and hardly work.

Where get VBox images for Windows?

With the Whonix Windows Installer, they are included. Otherwise: Whonix ™ for Windows, macOS, Linux inside VirtualBox
