Under user preferences (https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Special:Preferences) there is now.

Two-factor authentication:

Maybe no QR code will be shown. Reload helps. But it is better to avoid QR code anyhow and to manually enter the QR code since only that makes sure it could later be restored.
