whonix slowly work

Hello.
allocated 8GB of RAM whonix workstation(IN Virtual Box)
6 CPU.(IN Virtual Box)

slowly work.
use on VirtualBox
when you enter text quickly in the console, the letters appear late.
on the desktop, if you move the mouse quickly, there is a small delay.

I tried it on different devices.
what could be the reason, how to increase productivity?

there are no such problems when installing other debian-based systems in virtualbox. only with whonix
used SSD
PAE/NX Enabled
Nested Paging enabled.

There are no major delays, but there are micro lags mouse/text write

How to properly add power to the system, a swap file can increase? How to do it?

I can’t tell for VirtualBox but for Whonix in KVM the default setting use CPU pinning which limits Whonix to one physical CPU core no matter how much cores you assign in the config. I don’t know if that’s the case for VirtualBox as well but it would explain why it feels slow for Whonix but not for other Debian (based) distros.

Mouse I don’t know.

Text keyboard key press might be delayed because of Kloak in context of:

(Whonix is based on Kicksecure.)

Same as with Debian.

Not the case for VirtualBox. At time of writing not using CPU pinning.
