I wonder why I set /root/.whonix/ as path. Should be better /var/lib/whonix-initializer/status-files, so #whonixcheck can read those and warn if there is no done_file or a yet to be created fail_file.

Should keep existing done_file and skip_file that can be used to indicate whonix-initalizer should be skipped for Qubes compatibility. (At least until they updated.)
