I am using whonix for some time, when new version is released, I delete old machines and import new .ova. Since Whonix 17.2.0.1 when I start gateway for first time i expect whonixcheck screen to appear but nothing happens?
Same thing with Whonix 17.2.0.7.
Using win10, virtualbox updated to newest version. Didn’t made any changes to my system.
I can confirm this behavior, whonixcheck can be run from terminal “whonixcheck” command.
I dont see this behavior recorded in the releases, cc @Patrick.
I noticed that bug too. Considered it not important enough to delay the release. Previous release was also affected.
systemcheck can be started manually.
