Whonix 17 update fails due to file conflict

                         trying to overwrite '/usr/share/applications/repository-dist-wizard.desktop', which is also in package repository-dist 3:10.4-1

This one is on R4.1, with repository-dist --enable --repository developers. Happens on both Workstation and Gateway templates.

Similar test on R4.2 succeeded, but it was ran 12h earlier - maybe something has changed in the meantime?
