Weekly tor cron fails

Hello,

since the last upgrade of anon-gw-anonymizer-config the weekly tor cron fails. Maybe it was the same before. Just recognized it now.

anon-gw-anonymizer-config:

It was most likely before as well. Thanks for noticing!

Will be fixed in Whonix 10 and above.
