@nurmagoz thanks for the heads up.
Although the precise MySQL error isn’t shown, I’m guessing it was ‘too many connections’, as we see intermittent cases of that on the Phabricator site (and in fact, it’s Phabricator that causes the spike in connections).
I’ve tweaked the MySQL config some more, hopefully you don’t see this again, but please let us know if you continue to experience it.

There’ve been no more ‘too many connections’ MySQL errors since just before I made the above change, so here’s hoping that’s sorted this for good! \o/
