Voice commands for debian host

I would like to have voice commands, mainly for the purpose of executing a quick “no hands” shutdown.

This is for the host, not a whonix issue.

I only found Control Your Ubuntu/Linux Mint System With Voice Commands (Available in 67 Languages & 95 Action Commands) - NoobsLab | Eye on Digital World , nothing in Debian.

There is KDE Simon and Gnome-voice-control but non are in Debian repos.
