I’m running host>vpn>whonixgateway>os
My internet speed connection drops to almost 10% of my host connection speed while running whonixgateway in my os
Is there any solution to this?
Or at least to improve a better internet speed connection?

Whonix-gateway routes your traffic though the Tor network.
You might like to read this, in the Tor FAQ -

Basically, it’s a trade off you have to accept.
