Thanks for the quick respons here. I like virtualbox and it is almost not possible to use Qubes OS in there. I hope using Whonix Workstation and a I2P inside. Is there a guide somewhere what describe a I2P inside a Whonix workstation?

The guides that you mentioned are the only one that I am aware of. You may be able to use the information found in those two guides along with the tunnels documentation to get I2P in Whonix-Workstation up and running.

Sorry if i misread this but why would you want to run Qubes inside Virtualbox ?

Do you want to run I2P inside the Workstation (I2P trough Tor) ?
If you do, there are no Whonix specific changes, you can use any Debian I2P guide for that.
If you don’t want to run I2P trough Tor then you would need to use the Guide in my Repo.
