I have read the article , Connecting to Tor before a Proxy using Transparent Proxying Method´´ and wondered if it was possible to use an Anti-Detect Browser with proxy on Whonix to use tor before the proxy.
is this possible? If no, why?

There are no Anti-Detect browsers that are Open Source?

Yes, you can use Dolphin Anty. But it’s not safe. You don’t know what code is in it, and you won’t be able to properly spoof the OS in the browser settings - you will still be identified as a Linux X11 user.
