we need to have nice message sent to user after unsubscribing to whonix mailing list

even very short one like:

“Thanks for all the efforts you made for Whonix”

@Patrick if you want to share with me out-of-band, the admin password for the mailman lists, I can look at this. I think the ‘goodbye’ setting is quick and easy to set.

No mailing list at the moment. Deprecating this issue tracker. Can be re-considered in the future.
