Im trying to upload new images to the wiki with this section:

but it says that i dont have permission to create new section. But i dont want to create new section just want to upload new images.
Any idea how to solve this?

Looks like https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Dev/ImageResize was moved to https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Template:ImageResize1. It think that might be the issue.

I should not have moved to https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Template:ImageResize1. But the idea was also not to click the link to https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Template:ImageResize1. That only kept to keep the existing images. Remember, that page was split to reduce loading times when adding new images.
(moved to) No need to go to https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Dev/ImageResize2,
Please add new images to https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Dev/ImageResize. Similar like you did before.
Does that work?
Also a mediawiki upgrade (required for security) might be the cause for this.
