I am trying to install Secbrowser using download-secbrowser in a TemplateVM. The download finishes, and persists, but running secbrowser in a DispVM does not work. I get a message asking if I want to download the browser, instead of using the cache from the template. This is not ideal as I want to run it in a without a netvm, preferably without any other qubes running. Thank you for any help.
