Translation of the home page into Spanish

I think it is a good idea to have a version of the homepage of whonix https://www.whonix.org/ in Spanish, since it has been working in advertising by different means mostly Hispanic, I promise to do the work.
What do you think @Ego ?

The folders represent the respective pages and have subcategories for each potential language. The translation file format can be plain txt, though markdown would be prefered.
