Tor proxy for Pidgin

Good day
In the proxy tab of Pidgin there is Tor/privacy (Socks5) option with Host, Port, username and password. What do I have to insert in these fields?

If you’d like to use proxies or VPNs, please regard this: Connecting to Tor before a Proxy

Also, using Socks5 when VPNs are available is really not a good idea in case of Whonix, as your Ping is already rather high due to Tor.
