I got a XMPP client open in Whonix with 2 accounts.

Is it doing a different Tor circuit for each domain?

Depends.

In same VM? No.

Different onion domains? Yes.

In same VM and using different socks user names? Yes.

In different VMs? Yes.

But why trust my word if you can read the wiki Stream Isolation?
