Hello. I found one problem in Whonix when using toncoin in Atomic Wallet. Apparently, Whonix blocks some Atomic Wallet connections related to toncoin, because when I use Whonix, even the toncoin balance is not displayed. The rest of the coins that I use work correctly. On a regular debian machine, toncoin on the same wallet are displayed without problems.
No purposeful blocking is implemented. No Intentional User Freedom Restrictions.

As always, you are right. 
The problem turned out to be the TCP connection. If you send Atomic Wallet through a proxy, then toncoins starts to display correctly! I use proxychain for it.
