Getting the following error message when trying to update debian-12 template

on Qubes:

E: Failed to fetch http://2s4yqjx5ul6okpp3f2gaunr2syex5jgbfpfvhxxbbjwnrsvbk5v3qbid.onion/debian/dists/bookworm/InRelease 500 Unable to connect [IP: 127.0.0.1 8082]

could this error be related to tinyproxy config?

Only we can understand/help with Whonix-Templates, and the error need to be reproducible. Otherwise there cant be sane help provided.
