Can you give me a good reason why ubuntu bad as host for whonix? if it is not used at all. Only hosting . Is VirtualBox whonix have value on what host does it?
I readed the FAQ and asked some questions. but they do not have any good reason why should not use Ubuntu as the host.
I just want to understand if I knowingly will spend time on it . in fact on hosting I do not even work .

Because they have a history of spying on users. You cannot have privacy if the host is against you.
