Description

As per the corner case issue that a user has recently run into… (Whonix Forum)

Either #tb-starter should check if /home/user/tor-browser_en-US/ permissions are correct and/or if cd /home/user/tor-browser_en-US/ fails, a useful error message should be shown. (Could be various issues. Permission issues or hdd failures.)
