Issue #191: Please recommend setting Restart=always in normal services - packaging-committee - Pagure.io

Lennart explained the different restart conditions Restart= can have. The reaction of systemd depends on how a service exited.

sd_notify is about notifying the init system about start-up completion and other daemon status changes.

Using sd_notify for shell scripts seems difficult to not much benefit. Not doing that. Patches welcome.

Restart= was implemented.
