Slow download, Whonix only

This is kind of off topic, when I download Whonix, the speed is very slow. 250kb avg. Does this in clearnet, tor, vpn. My network speed is over 500mb. Ping is mid 20ms on www.whonix.com. Downloading from other sites works as expected.

That is the incorrect TLD/URL, but I can confirm that downloading Whonix from whonix.org is about the same speed as yours at the moment.

Rather difficult to fix. Not reproducible from some locations.
