Site/Page(s) covering combo of Opsec/Workflow/GTD using VMs?

I am using Qubes and Whonix but more I use it and get kind of comfortable with it, I see myself getting alittle confused how to think about and maintain correct opsec while trying to GTD. I really would love to see how other peole have setup (semi?)efficient workflows using VMs environments like Qubes and whonix and still maintaining a efficient workflow?

Thoughts?

PS Sorry if this should be in the general privacy section, I thought maybe because was alittle VM/Qubes specific it could be more better here?
