Can I install samba to whonix workstation? or something like that will allow me to share files between 2 virtual machines (over another network that only these 2 virtual machines are connected to). (host shouldnt see the content)
I think bigger issue, whonix workstation doesnt get ip address from 2nd network adapter

By following instructions from Multiple Whonix-Workstation you’ll end up with different internal IP addresses.
There are no artificial user freedom restrictions. It’s not Windows. It’s not Android with locked bootloader and no way to unlock. Every modification should be possible but unfortunately instructions for every advanced modification cannot be provided.
You probably have to reconfigure Whonix-Workstation firewall.
Or - crude - unload Whonix-Workstation firewall.
