When I install a program in whonix workstation (e.g. remminia rdp) does all the traffic made while using this program automatically goes by tor, or do I have to use it with a command like torrify ?
+If I want to connect to RDP from whonix, do I have to open some specific port? Or change some firewall settings? Or can I just install remminia and I am good to go?

All internet traffic is routed through the Tor anonymity network. No exceptions. Whonix is the “All Tor Operating System”.
No additional user configuration is required. (Using helper utilities such as torsocks, torify or configurations such as Tor SocksPorts is not required for IP concealment but are useful for Stream Isolation.)
