Problems with 16.0.2.7

I build 16.0.2.7 from sources (not modified)

Gateway:
Not run display manager with 512MiB memory. And console login not run. With 768MiB display manager work fine.

Gateway and Workstation:
Cannot boot in live mode with any RAM (512, 768, 1024, 2048).

I build 15.0.1.9.3 version from sources, and it work fine.
Problem only in 16.0.2.7 (and 16.0.1.7, and probably 16.* versions)
