Please Help Me - Unable to copy/move files from whonix to windows 10

Hi guys, I am using latest version of whonix & virtualBox. Unable to move/copy/transfer files from whonix to windows 10.
Drag and Drop, Shared folder options are not working. Also Guest adittion cd are not installable always install filed.

Plz tell me any idea

Guest additions are installed by default.
