As topic said i managed to connect to Riseup vpn with network manager and kde plasma widget with this instructions
“Inside Whonix-Workstation
nano /etc/whonix_firewall.d/30_default.conf
WORKSTATION_FIREWALL=1
TUNNEL_FIREWALL_ENABLE=true
Reload Firewall”
Does not work with me,have missed something? )))
