Hi,
Currently Qubes 4.3 release support debian 13 and whonix 18. I wanted to switch to onionize repositories for updates. But instructions for whonix are not accurate as typing
sudoedit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.list shows empty file with no content.
Instructions are also based on bullseye only.
Can someone please update instructions completely on that page.

Thank you for changing content of website for whonix but still update needed for consideration of debian -13 - minimal.
debian-13-minimal is probably still using /etc/apt/sources.list. (I’m working through the wiki updating everything for the new deb822-style sources format where appropriate, I believe the page you’re looking at is updated for both OSes.)
