If someone have old version with xfce upload it pls, everywhere on website many text about freedom, open source, etc. And there only 1 option u can download XD.

And it’s true. Whonix is Open Source / Freedom Software. You can download the software and/or source code and use it under the respective licenses.
However, that does not imply a perpetual responsibility to continue offering downloads of end-of-life versions.
