I found the link of MAT2 but I don’t know how to install it.

This is the link I found, matDOTboumDOTorg

but the above link redirects me to this, 0xacabDOTorg/jvoisin/mat2

For some reason I am unable to add links on this topic, so I instead added DOT and removed https
Please help I am a noob at this.
