Is this the Qubes “equivalent” to a updated qubes-template-whonix-*–17-0:4.2.0-20250812… currently in the qubes-templates-community-testing repo, should I be looking forward to a different set of Qubes 4.2.4 whonix templates, or is upgrading to Qubes 4.3rc1 atm and going from there the nearest “equivalent” , or am I missing another alternative?
Just attempting to stay current, if possible. Thank you again for all your great work all these years. As always please, delete / relocate / etc this post if you desire. Thanks again!
In-place release upgrade is possible using the Whonix repository.
New Qubes Template availability from Qubes templates-community (stable) is sometimes delayed due to mandatory waiting period.

If you’re release manager, you can issue GPG-inline signed command (depending on template):

There is nothing urgent about this release.
New Templates are sometimes announced as a separate news. Sometimes only a message will be posted here:

Such as:

- ticket closed prior migration to
