MAC changing to wired card

On the MAC Address - Whonix page, does booting also contain the meaning of resuming from suspend? And is it only effect on Wireless network card?

MAC addresses can be leaked by the adapter firmware before the system had a chance to run the MAC spoofer.

Before putting the computer to suspended state, the MAC address has been changed, the power looks on during suspended, does this cause the manufactor MAC Address leaking too?

I have no idea who made your wifi adapter or what bugs there could possibly be in there that would defeat MAC spoofing. If I really wanted to conceal my MAC address I’d use burner wifi sticks.

only a wired card is in using for connecting to router with a wire.
