Where “whonix-gw-16” was written, isn’t easy to find. Here’s the chain that I followed, for reference:

Whonix ™ Documentation has been using multiple indent lists of a long time. The problem was that sometimes level 2 was moved from one column to the next even though these should visually stick together. This can now be fixed using strict-list-columns. Now instead of using
<div class="use-3-columns mw-collapsible-content">
the following can be used
<div class="use-3-columns strict-list-columns mw-collapsible-content">
in combination with
<div></div>
to manually instruct the wiki where to break (use the next) table column.
