let Whonix's build script instead of Qubes Builder keep care of building the qubes-whonix package

During cleanup / refactoring of the qubes-whonix package, I was wondering…

For #Whonix_12, I intent to have Whonix’s build script build and install the qubes-whonix package. Is there any reason against that?

Must Qubes Builder be capable of building the qubes-whonix package for some reason?

I’ve succeeding having the qubes-whonix package build and install using Whonix’s build script. It’s dependencies, Qubes’ packages such as qubes-core-agent are created by Qubes Builder (by the usual ‘make qubes-vm’) and installed from Qubes’ local apt repository by Whonix’s build script. Qubes’ local apt repository gets added before Whonix’s build script gets executed by installQubesRepo.
