Kicksecure on Mint Debian Edition 4

I’m a little nervous I think this might actually be the first time I’ve ever posted in a forum. I’m usually quite good at finding answers. Plz forgive me in advance if this isn’t relevant or should be posted elsewhere. :pray:t3::pray:t3:

I’m beginning to start this today but here’s the image I have in my mind of what I’d like to achieve

(MY MODEM)—->(IPFIRE WORKSTATION)—->(KICKSECURE WORKSTATION mint?) —> [WHONIX GW VM] —-> [WHONIX WS VM]

My main question: Is it possible to install Kicksecure on top of Linux Mint Debian edition which would be the host OS of my first workstation directly hardwired to my ipFire workstation. What’s your idea on this will kicksecure install on mint Debbie ?

Welcome to Whonix forums and thank you for your question!

Welcome to forums generally. Different forums have different styles. There are rich sources of knowledge.

Mint is untested at time of writing.

Only Debian buster is tested.

Are you morphing the mint distro or merely running VMs on top? VMs should enable you to run very different OSs regardless of the host.
