also if i recall correctly the box where the ip adress shows up on “test pages” sould be emty when useing whoinix?
Tor stream isolation at work. Every domain you visit is done thru a separate exit IP.

No. It’s not possible to hide IP address in a sense that there is none. Whonix uses the Tor network. IPs are provided by Tor network.
