Is running TOR Service on Host while whonix virtualbox running bad?

My Tor Client on host is on port 9050 and I am using whonix in Virtualbox at the same time? Should I stop the Tor Daemon on host?

No strong objections from me.

Unless you are coincidentally connected to the same guard and exit node as your Whonix VM, there is no chance of your host and Whonix session being traced, just make sure that you are sandboxing your host applications as well though!

Have a safe time on Tor!

Security wise, like @patrick said there are no major alarms from doing this.

Privacy wise however, there can be some issues. Think about running Tor bridged in Whonix while Tor is not bridged on host, your ISP still sees you are using Tor regardless.
