Is it possible to dual boot Whonix?

Hello,

I have Linux and Windows 7 installed as a dual boot with GRUB.
Could I install Whonix as a third boot OS?

Whonix support dual boot. “Indirectly”.

Whonix is primarily used inside virtual machines. You install the virtual machine software such as VirtualBox on any of:

  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Linux,
  • or Qubes.

Then you can start Whonix just like any other application on top of your operating system.

In any case, Whonix doesn’t limit any choices regarding to dual boot, not on purpose and not that I know of. Anything should be doable.
