IP leak while using host?

Hi guys,

I am new to Whonix and I have a theoretical question.

If I have a WG-WS on my host, running something software in the WS, if I run a simple command on the host machine (for example apt-get update), can my IP address be leaked and they can connect me to running software in the WS?
Or browsing something with Tor Browser in WS and streaming movies on the host?

If so, how to prevent?

yes if you visit the same site with and without Tor using the same network it can link you based on your behavior.

whatever you do on clearnet shouldnt be mixed with Tor life.
