The original HVM configuration of Qubes + Whonix is currently in the process of being deprecated, in favor of the new native ProxyVM + AppVM architecture. The new Qubes + Whonix platform is available now, but has not been fully leak tested yet. The old HVM wiki instructions will remain for the time being. A beta install guide for the new platform is linked to on the Qubes + Whonix wiki page for those who would like to use it now.
