I use whonix and everytime i update tor have issue

I use Whonix and run the Tor Browser inside it. Whenever a Tor Browser update appears, I often encounter problems afterward. To avoid this, I copy my profile.default folder before updating and then restore it if the update causes issues. That has worked until a few days ago: I updated my tor, restored (copy-paste) my profile.default as usual, but this time it still produced an error.

the bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of tor browsers files is in use by another application. some security software can cause this problem.

i did many things and can not solve it.

This is likely Unspecific to Whonix. Can be resolved as per:

Did you copy your old profile folder while Tor Browser was still running? Maybe a lock file was left in place on the disk. You may also try checking file permissions. If that fails, you might try asking on Tor’s forums:
